Create a seal

Define the token and the unlock time. After sealing, nobody can trade before that time — the creator included.

The coin does not exist while sealed. You sign its creation in advance. SealBuy holds it until the unlock time, then submits it on Solana. Nobody can trade this mint before creation. Submission can be delayed by the scheduler or network; confirmation is required.
